I had great customer service yesterday at this location by Brian. He was so nice and helpful gave me several options and prices to choose from and suggested a few options on which was better for my truck. Thanks Brian keep up the good work.. such a wonderful employee 😁

Visited this AutoZone after realizing my car battery had died. They have great customer service and are really kind and informative on the phone. Shout out to Luis V who was extremely kind and helpful with questions and also installed my new battery!

Luis Vasquez & Zaria Ochoa gave excellent customer service & assisted me I. Replacing a headlight.. I could t have done myself and I’m glad they helped me. Love their customer service

I went to the Autozone on Studebaker, I had my headlamps replaced on my other car here before. I asked the sales person for headlamps and fog lights for my car, he gave me a 2 different packs with the same part number. I asked him if he could install them form me he responded, I don’t think so ,I then asked if someone there could install them for me, he did not answer, I asked again, he said nothing. He ignored my question. After paying i asked if he could at least take a look to see if he can install them , he responded I do not think so but will take a look, he went to my car, looked at it , said the headlamp assembly needs to be unbolted, that he cannot due it because of a liability. I knew this was untrue based on his attitude and unwillingness to help, therefor I returned the headlamps that I just purchased came to this Autozone location. Here I experienced unbelievable exceptional customer service provided to me by Fabian, I never mentioned the terrible customer service that I had just experienced at the Studebaker store, Here Fabian explained my options on the different head lamps, I asked for the fog lamps and he told me it is the same headlamp is also the fog lamp , not requiring another set head lamps, I asked if he could install them for me ,with out hesitation he said yes, he went and put on gloves and replaced both head lamps, while doing so he notice a small bulb that was out, he asked me if he wanted him to replace it also , I said yes we went inside , I purchased the bulbs and he replaced both of them for me. I highly recommend coming to this Autozone. I must give credit were credit is due! I normally do not write reviews but this one is necessary,Fabian is Awsome ! He went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. I would give him stars if I could. Thank you very much Fabian.
