I want to give 10 + stars to Luis M. for his exceptional customer service & expertise. He gave me great advice on the products & accessories for my new car. He helped trouble shoot a problem with my car between Apple car play & Bluetooth. He fixed the issue that I was having. Eric & Tina helped me today they were both so so wonderful I’ve been having such a hard time with my car and they made things so much easier for me. I definitely appreciate their customer service. Had to get one my rear view light fixed. Just made a call, talked to Aaron, he helped guide me on what I can do about my car. Aaron also fixed my car as well. Aaron and his co workers were really friendly. Great service. I recommend this autozone.

I went to this store today to find a replacement bulb for my headlight. I've never done it myself before but I figured it couldn't be too hard and the dealership way overcharges for it. The man who helped me, Ralf, helped me figure out the right lightbulb for my car and even walked me through how to do the replacement. I accidentally bought the wrong bulb so he did an exchange for me, no questions asked. Then I had some trouble getting the old one unplugged so he came out to my car in the lot and helped me install it. This is truly the best customer service I have ever received and I am so grateful and impressed by how kind and friendly he was. I will start going to this location for all of my auto part needs and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Ralf goes above and beyond to help his customers and deserves some recognition for great service. And in the end, my headlight is fixed!
