The Manager here is horrible her name is Gaby and it makes me wonder what are the qualifications and knowledge you need to know to work here I mean to become manager and have no knowledge on cars is insane to me I mean if she’s the manager I should be the godamn CEO and now she’s even more disrespectful that she knows I’m a mechanic and check her every time she’s just sputtering nonsense I basically have to tell her how to do her job and today I call to ask if they have a certain kit and she tells me “yes it’s on the shelf let me check the price” and proceeds to keep me on hold for about 30 mins and then finally answer back saying “autozone what do you need” in those exact words and it was the last straw for me so I hope If anybody in cooperate is seeing this please ban this lady from every working in any autozone because quite frankly she’s made my local autozone a living hell to the point I rather just drive the extra half mile to get to Oreillys

Kevin Rocks!! So I came in today because I noticed one headlight was out last night, and the last thing I want is to be pulled over for something like that! I browsed around with headlight in hand for a little until I found something interesting that I became curious about. Kevin was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and hands on! I’ve had this problem with some syrupy type sappy tar yuck spots all over my car for a few years now. I seriously tried so many things to get it off, nothing worked! It’s thickly covered the roof and trunk of my car, but still slightly covering every inch. Kevin grabbed this product called Bug & Tar, asked if he could test a small spot.. Hey, I’m up for anything at this point. We went outside to my car and he sprayed a small portion on the roof that sat maybe 10 seconds. Wiped it with a microfiber cloth and BAM, Gone!! I was shocked, literally jumping for joy! So of course I want this product! We went inside and I bought a few microfiber cloths along with Bug & Tar and my headlight. Not only did Kevin just make my day, but he offered to try to install the headlight for me. No way I thought, but why pass up someone who genuinely wants to help. Sweet and sincere. And like a boss, he’s installed my headlight in 2 minutes, found this miracle spray that I’ve been desperately searching for and all with the greatest attitude. I definitely will be back because of him, he didn’t just make my day easier, he made me feel like he truly cared about me as a customer. And that is priceless!

I came to purchase an alternator. I wasn’t aware of the lifetime warranty. I paid 340 dollars and came to return it for my core refund. The employee saw that it was under warranty and with the manager approval was able to refund my 340 in full and cover it under warranty. Because of this I will be a faithful Autozone customer for life. This location is awesome. Great employees and management.

Not a very friendly environment. I did got some help from the cashier but I felt like she was obligated to help me out. I will never go back to that special location. I went in on a nice mud and I left feeling bad. have being treated so much better an other auto parts stores.
