I wasn't going to make a review, but the more I think about it, I need to let the company know how unprofessional and rude one of their employees were. I came in on Sunday to buy a headlight for my car. I was helped by a nice young man, and when I asked him I needed a headlight, I heard a comment from a black man sitting in the back saying that I look like a headlight and called me a derogatory name. I was shocked to hear an employee saying that to a customer! The young man at the counter apologized for his rudeness. I bought my headlights and left. I have always had good service with Autozone, but if I see this black man again, I'm walking straight out and going to a different place to shop for my car.

Stopped by the Onalaska AutoZone on a very cold day to have the battery checked in my daughter‘s car. Both of the men that were working behind the counter were very personable and willing to help test the battery. Once it was determined it was a bad battery they also installed it for me. I was very appreciative. Thank you

The store manager put a new battery in my car. I’m a single female and he was SO nice and Knowledgeable. I’m not use to winters and he helped me get my car started and back on the road. Highly recommend this store!

I had the most phenomenal service at AutoZone tonight. I purchased a tail light assembly and when I looked at it I thought it was the wrong part. However Jerry came out and looked at it and it was the right part. He went a step further and said he would change it for me. WOW! Then JT and John came over and all 3 worked together to get the proper tools and made sure it was installed properly. I was absolutely astounded! I have never been treated with such care and kindness at an auto parts store. These 3 men were outstanding and if you go in this store, they deserve a pat on the back for a job well done! There are just no words to express my gratitude to them! To Jerry, JT and John…you three are the most amazing men I have ever met, and you made one woman a very happy customer! I thank you with all of my heart ❤️!!
