This location is ALWAYS BUSY so be prepared to wait in line, BUT on this occasion I had the pleasure of having the manager, Jesùs assist my purchase. He was polite, courteous, friendly, and was kind enough to give a loyalty discount of 10% for the long wait. If you prefer staff that can actually answer your questions and help with your purchase I highly recommend this location

It felt like a comedy show about waiting in line! With almost 10+ people ahead of me, I had enough time to plan a vacation, learn a new language, and write my memoirs. The store was so understaffed, I thought they were playing hide-and-seek. We joked about starting a support group for "Line Survivors." By the time I got to the counter, I half-expected a medal for waiting. Seriously, management, hire more staff before we turn this line into a party!

I was so satisfied with the Two guys named Fetefe and Jesus! They made my Day! They went above and better to make sure I didn’t leave with out knowing there worries of my car and helped me install a new battery! I’m Highly Satisfied! Also highly recommend this auto store!

besides me being on my last dollar for my birthday I decided to come here to get a car battery I got the battery and was told they will not help me replace the battery in my car!!! What kind of service are you guys really offering here… either way, thank you for the purchase. Will never come back to this location.
