Went to this Autozone in a pinch because my car battery died due to the cold. Thought they would help me change the battery out. Last time I went to an Autozone they offered right away. Nope, not this time. So I kindly asked if anyone was around to help me change it out and all I got was a “I can’t pick them up”. I didn’t need to be catered hand and foot but really? Waste of time. Should’ve just waited and gone somewhere better tomorrow. Gonna have to wait until tomorrow to have a buddy come over and change it out anyway. Guess I learned my lesson the hard way. Hope you enjoy my money this time cause it’s my last.

I called the store to check if a part was in stock and the person that answered the phone was rude and said they couldn’t find the part in their system I said never mind it’s ok and the worker let out a sigh and mumbled something under his breath and hung up on me very unpleased

Man and lady was just talking with each other had no care for the customers once we got mad and left she says have a Good day instead of asking us for anything horrible service

There is sign on the door that says they are committed to customer satisfaction yet not one worker greeted the customers as we walked in and not one offered any assistance. I walked out because I’m not spending my money in a place that can’t even acknowledge the customers. I am headed over to Advanced auto parts on cemetery where they care about the customers. DO BETTER!
