I needed a headlight for my car. I stopped at another auto parts store so I could make a right turn in and not cross traffic. After purchasing the light and requesting help installing it, I was told they couldn't do it. So since I bought the light, I took it home. I got the cover open, but couldn't get the bulb out. It was below freezing, I am handicapped, and I was mad. So I went to Auto Zone, and a young man named Diego sold the light to me cheaper, and came outside and got that bulb right in, in a matter of seconds. Diego is an awesome employee. I hope his bosses see this and give him a raise. He truly saved my day. I returned to Advanced Auto Store and refunded the first bulb. Thank you Diego! You are the best.

These guys were great. Keep in mind I showed up right before Closing. They Helped me find everything I needed I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Was having electrical problems with my car and I am approximately 200 miles from home. One of the gentlemen even went to his Personal vehicle and gave me a tool That they didn’t have in stock. Great staff.
