Pretty consistent with good customer service. The store is kept organized and they have a fair sized parking lot, which makes it convenient for working out automotive issues on the spot. The hours are convenient .

I went to go exchange a phone mount at the Westerville AutoZone location, and I approach one of the worker, a white male who wore a gray shirt in position of an assistant manager, who later on said his name is Luke after I caught him in a lie. He has strawberry blonde hair and wore glasses. He lied to me to my face looked me in the eyes and told me that I could not exchange my merchandise, even though I misplaced my receipt and there was nothing I can do without a receipt. I went out to my car search my car for a few minutes and then something told me to call another AutoZone. I spoke to a manager at the AutoZone in And on Morse Road, and he explained to me if you do not have your receipt you may get a store credit. I just bought my mount 2 1/2 weeks ago from AutoZone in Westerville. For me to be a resident of Westerville, I was deceived by Luke who also may be lying about his name

The guy with the escalade is nice and helpful. I usually order stuff online but sometimes you need something right then and this is my go to place for that!

As a store manager no matter what business I go in if it's clean and well kept I feel comfortable. The Westerville location was this and more staff great and Kayla the store manager was just over the top greeted me helped me find my product and shared knowledge and stories made me feel well trusted that she had a grip of what I was doing and needed.

When I went to leave work today my car would not start and I had to get a jump. I drove straight to the AutoZone right down the street from my house. Lucas was the gentleman who helped me from start to finish. He went outside and checked my battery for me, we went back in the store he provided me with options for the best battery for my vehicle and once I was done paying for it he even went outside and installed it for me. From the time I first walked into the store until I was driving off the parking lot I was at AutoZone for maybe 10 minutes. I've never had better customer service at AutoZone then what Lucas provided me with this evening. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you Lucas for the great service. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone
