Hailey has helped me now twice and has gone above and beyond both times. She is very personable and quick to assist you when you enter the store. It's free to get new wipers put in, but we discovered another problem when she was putting them in for me and she helped to solve it with an awesome attitude. Thanks, Hailey!!

About a month ago my battery died in the gas station nearby. I had already tried to jump it with a friend but it still wasn’t working. I walked in to this AutoZone and was greeted by a kind blonde haired woman (I believe her name was Hailey? I completely forgot her name but wanted to give a shout-out here for her!). She reassured me that she could walk on over and take a look at it. We were able to start it together and she let me know of next steps and helped reassure and support me. As a woman, I felt so safe and seen and she went above and beyond to come to me and to also provide clear instructions and transparency. She also was incredibly friendly! Thanks again!

Iesha was incredibly helpful with getting the right battery and then installing it in my car. The whole process was quick and easy and I felt informed every step of the way. It was helpful and interesting to learn what she was doing - cars are not my area of expertise but they are definitely hers! My experience was excellent and I will be returning for my auto needs. This is the autozone I normally go to because the one down leonard st is by far the worst on the north end of town. More over, I arrived yesterday (10/26/24) to one employee in the store (Javon I think it was as we had a nice conversation) who was trying to do the best he could to make sure everybody was taken care of as there was a line of about 5 people and just him in the store. He deserves more credit in that store and would definitely be preached about if he worked for me, Answering phone calls back to back , assisting multiple customers at once, doing the absolute best he could within his power and salute to him because he got everybody taken care of and had apologized for the wait to each customer in front of him, meanwhile one of the managers was outside basically flirting with female customers as I overheard for over 5 minutes and the other comes out of the back on her phone. When the other manager came back in from talking with female customers, gives a snarky remark to the Kid saying “i’m only one person i can’t do it all” as if he was the one assisting the line. The other manger proceeds to head to the back once again in the process of a return which he had asked for her multiple times as he was trying to take care of everybody while the 2 obviously higher paid employees did jack squat and she then comes out with an attitude as she’s typing something in the computer. Props to you Javon for dealing with your superiors in a professional way and getting that line taken care of, and shame on your managers for pushing you to do the utmost while they stand around and have fun at work. If I return to this autozone, Javon will be the person I look for when I need assistance. Polite, Knowledgeable in his vehicles, and a damn hard worker with a polite attitude by far compared to other employees in this store. I will definitely be back to say the least!
