We purchased a steering wheel cover at West Covina and we were in the La Puente area so we decided to come in and do an exchange because it didn’t fit. We were told we could a second later the lady said the manager MIGUEL said no because the package was missing some paper, we told him sorry we have it in the car, he then switched and said no we won’t take it because of the tax difference we told him if there’s a difference we can pay it, he then said no. He was very rude and unwilling to help. His demeanor was that he didn’t want to be there and had the ego since he is the manager he has the final say. The hire up above him needs to have a talk with Mr Miguel! I uploaded a picture and circled the paper that was missing and you can see that it wasn’t torn.

Dominick is the best. Was calling around to ask for an estimate nobody wanted to help out due to the fact that it was so busy. Dominick not only helped me but he changed my battery and did an amazing job, great customer service. Auto Zone if you read this, thats one of your future managers right there. Thank you Dominick

Flor and Cesar were very helpful in helping me change my battery that was under warranty. I had gone to the South El Monte Autozone and they were unhelpful, but I had no issues at this Autozone
