AutoZone Auto Parts

This store needs to shut down or new hires,these guys don't wanna work!,and have nasty attitudes,I've been coming here and have 42 different lifetime warranties on parts since 2016*,they had me waiting 30mins for a replacement part they i recently bought wit warranty they girl who Cleary didn't know how to work the computer kept scrolling past my warranty saying I have nothing under my name finally her coworker came to help her,but they girl was more upset wit me ohwell..,so they next day I come in for my head gasket I had ordered 4 days ago b4,and the manager came out all strong and aggressive raising her voice so I kept quiet and cool and asked for my part,she immediately didn't believe me like I was trying to play her,and started to stereotype me and demanding my ID like I'm a minor or thief when I'm they one who gave u guys $85 for a part i had to wait a while for when telling me it will be available at the store in 3hrs ,I understand they can be late ,but not in any autozone in California La area ever asked for my ID like she wasn't going to grant my parts I paid for,thank god her employee seen how silly she looked so he grabbed my part wit receipt thanks Bro!, giving me hell, since 2016 this the worst store yet,I wouldn't even go here if I didn't have so many lifetime warranties,every time they give me a hard time ,b4 I go in the store I stress thinking they gonna give me BS but I always stay calm,I've been getting parts b4 alot of u guys was working here ,or got out of High-school I hope u sucker's straighten up soon!

So I'm a female & needed an alternator. Found it here, but for the cost of this alternator I was bent over. Over 500 for a rebuilt alternator. One has to scroll down to read that it is remanufactured. AutoZone needs to have this by the price & let the customer decide if this is the route they choose. My car is older, going on 10 years old. It was labor day weekend & the mom & pop shops were closed or didn't want to work. I ONLY sent this route cause making an assumption the part was new. Who would pay over 500 for a rebuilt part? I believe the way they have the verbage below misleads people. How many other people have bought a part from AutoZone believing it was new?

Alejandro was such a big help, he completely changed out my brake lights and made sure to test them too. I hate dealing with car stuff and he made it so easy. Thank you!!!!!
