100000 star experience, the gentleman who was the store manager tonight was the absolute best I’ve ever worked with. I feel bad I didn’t get his name but he was a sweet man with glasses and a hat, with the best jokes and references! When you have someone who makes people instantly feel comfortable, truly the best experience. The other young lady working tonight was also so sweet and pleasant! In a world where there are a lot of not so great days, and with a dead battery at the start of the new year, having my experience tonight with the man at this store all made up for it. Thank you sir at Auto Zone off Galena! “dang flabbit bill ray!” 🤗

Bad service, if you look Hispanic they will give you a different service. The store manager Giovanny is very disrespectful, I ask if he speak Spanish and he change his voice tone, like very mad and bother. Usually when I go in any other locations, they helps us out. This is the worst location. Don’t even bother. I’ll post a review from my 33 thousand followers in my Facebook page.

Terrible location, zero customer service. Went in today to change battery and the staff told me to go elsewhere because they don’t have the tools?! Are you kidding me in an auto zone? They did not even attempt to look at the car to attempt to install the battery! The staff told my dad that he has told another customer to go elsewhere!!! Is that how it’s done, push customers out because you do not want to do the work! Went to the location on 3045 E New York st and the gentleman was phenomenal ! Changed it and provided excellent customer service. Please avoid this location and go to the other one if you want any work done.

Went in today (01/07/25 @ about 9:20am) and was made fun of by two young men working there, one of which was the cashier that rung me up and the other was just on his phone next to him. They were laughing and making meowing noises (I was wearing a hat with ears). I don't see how it's funny, but even if it is for them then they should at least try to keep their professionalism and wait until I leave if they want to laugh at me so bad. I felt so uncomfortable, I'm never coming back here. I'd rather go to O'Reilly, they behave more professionally there at least. I added a picture of the stamp on the receipt in case you care to find out who I'm talking about.
