Customer Reviews

I went to this location yesterday and needed a car battery replacement as well as a new rear wiperblade. A woman named Jocelyn was very helpful finding the parts I needed and the manager, Alvaro, was instrumental in removing my old battery and installing my new one. It was extremely cold as well and he never complained and he made sure I tested my battery before he went back into the store. He also inspected my rear wiperblade and realized it just needed cleaned and he did that as well. There's no additional compensation they receive for that so I am beyond grateful. The service I received was above and beyond and I'll return to this store for any future needs. - Magen

The 2 young ladies at the counter were very courteous and helpful. They provided good customer service as they both installed my battery in the freezing cold and I am thankful for their service.

Firestone quoted me $600 for a new caliper due to a stripped and rusted bleed screw. After a $90 trip to this location, I had the tools I needed to replace the bleed screw successfully -- no new caliper was required. HUGE thank you to the gentlemen working the night of October 14. They helped me troubleshoot this project and find the needed tools, saving me over $500.

I have never had a manager of a store be so rude. I asked the clerk to check the gaps of the spark plugs I was buying before I left, and he was telling the clerk not to help me. Instead, he insisted that I needed to buy a gapping tool. I finished by telling him I'd never be back; clearly he wanted my money, not my business. Thanks for making that clear, sir!

Came in for a quart of oil and new wiper blades. Having an Audi, I understand the finickiness. The staff installed the blades and were incredibly helpful. (11/14/2024) Thank you!
