I wish I got the name of the gentleman who helped me. He was phenomenal, earlier today I went to another autozone on galena Blvd to change car battery and they told me to go elsewhere! They were terrible and unprofessional not wanting to do anything telling me they don’t have any tools. when I came to this location the young man was so polite and helpful. He changed the battery. Thank you for being professional and helpful.

Went here yesterday to get my front headlights change I was helped by a young lady she did not know what she was doing she could not get my old headlight out she attached my new headlights to the cord piece so it was hanging inside my hood and I was told get the old removed and put it right in well the hanging new light was burning some material and while driving I had to pull over lift hood and found it smoking she should have known it was dangerous went to another autozone and got the proper help and was told it could caused a fire

I work in the customer service industry, so I understand customer zeal. Unfortunately, this location doesn't the meaning of customer zeal. I went to purchase black latex gloves, as you can see in pic below, the are priced $24.99. When it's time to purchase the gloves, the employee stated the gloves are $34.99. I explained to him every glove in that section is priced at $24.99. He wouldn't honor the displayed price and would rather keep $10 versus keeping a customer. Unbelievable! Since COVID, based on their price, these particular gloves jumped $20. I will be taking my business to Advanced Auto.

If you are looking for professional and friendly staff this is the place. Tom is remarkable and knowledgeable customer support staff who is very knowledgeable and even helped fixing my r tough to replace wiper blades during this brutal weather. Thank you Tom ! Great store and highly recommended
