Excellent service with Raven on the phone. Was polite and helpful. I went in to Bay Shore AutoZone the next day. She helped me by installing the batteries in my remote keys, and van started up immediately with the remote starters. She saved me close to $300 for a mechanic telling me they would do a diagnostic test on vehicle. Manager there was also very helpful. If it wasn’t going to work, he gave me information of someone that would be able to help me. It was a pleasure to see that there are some great people out there that are helpful and kind at the same time. This is the old-fashioned way of taking care of a customer. Thank you so much again and thank you Raven.

Dennis, the manager was so helpful. I had to buy new windshield wipers. I bought the wrong type for the driver's side. He helped me exchange it, and then helped install them to get me on my way to work quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was also well kept and well stocked. I definitely recommend this location.

The service here was superb, Manager Antoine treated me very nicely. You can tell the difference in assisting and customer service in comparison to other locations. Additionally, Dennis who was one of the workers could even be a manger too; he is always at my side for service when I show up to the store, he’s very kind, and available. This team of ladies as well as men is a great group, all six of them.

last night went for a part and one of the workers was super disrespectful speaking in English to the other worker. thinking I didn’t understand. He didn’t take my business seriously, and made a racist comment to his coworker, that Hispanics like me always come in here not knowing. At least the other worker (Hispanic) there was more understanding and sold us parts. The racist worker was skinny short and bearded.

Placing an online order should mean that I should expect a new item, right? When picking up in store, I received a used item instead, and when I went in to ask for a new item, the employee who helped me had an attitude even though I was asking nicely. The manager came out and resolved it, but it was unnecessary and unprofessional.
