This has a got to be the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Waited in line which I have no problem doing. I'm the only one at the counter this guy takes forever to come up and check me out. He walked so slow and lazy I thought maybe he was on brake. He first grabs his drink I slowly put my things on the counter still unsure if he's gonna check my items out. Then he does. Doesn't ask if I'm a member. I tell him shouldn't I put my number in for rewards? He says no you won't get anything for this ok. Well Everytime I purchase they always ask me to. I frequent the one I often. I love it there the customer service is outstanding, everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable. So I check ✅ out then ask if they have a funnel I can use he just looks at me dead in my eyes and says no. Lol 🤣 like I guess this could happen right? But typically they always have one you can use. Just a very slow and awkward interaction. No customer service 0.

I went to auto zone and the manager Anthony was amazing ! He was really helpful and so kind. He helped me find exactly what I needed and helped me to my car with my items. I will be going back to this autozone because of him! Thank you for making my experience the best!

This location has the worst customer service. Went in for an oil filter and the male helping me clocked out in the middle of assisting me & left without answering my questions and getting my items. Extremely unprofessional!

Do not visit this autozone. Employee's aren't knowledgeable. I went in for an oil filter and the male assisting me clocked out in the middle of assisting me without following through. I waited for over 30 minutes to get assisted so he can just leave work without fulfilling me the customer. Extremely unprofessional place. Too bad I didn't get his name.
