I had an excellent experience at AutoZone, all thanks to Alex and Jose who went above and beyond to assist me with my car troubles. Really bad service. Manager Jesus was rude. Also they disnt give me my correct change. And they told me to come back later in 1 hour. I wont recomend this place.

The new hire girl gave my dad the incorrect oil, oil filter and air filter after he had corrected her. When he went to return, they wouldn’t take the items back because they weren’t in “good condition”. The air filter was not used, it didn’t even fit in my car. My dad was upset with them. The girl raised her voice at him and another worker named Frank butted in and as I was on the phone with the girl giving her my car details, Frank threatens to break my dads phone. Terrible customer service. They could have escorted my dad out in a more professional manner, not threaten to break his phone.
