I came in because my check engine light came on in my Nissan Altima. Rodrigo helped me by letting me borrow a check engine light machine which told me what was likely wrong with my car and gave me the exact part I needed to fix it. Although I am not familiar with car parts, he was kind and patient enough to walk me through in detail what the part was used for, how to install it and provided further diagnostic information for the future. Overall he saved me a ton of money and time by providing the info I needed to fix my car on my own. I would totally come here again because the staff was informative and willing to go the extra mile when I was in a moment of panic. Thank you!

I get 6 transmission oil, AutoZone brand I returning four of them. One of them is Little leaking the the manager don’t accept the one is little leak because AutoZone brand make shit brand is leaking because they make Mickey Mouse bottle so they don’t accept it for return definitely not recommend buying AutoZone brand products

So glad I went to this AutoZone in specific because the service was more than excellent, Rodrigo help me a lot, and he was so nice and attentive, my check engine light was on and Rodrigo and Baudelio said that they can help me and see what’s going on with my car, so they brought out the scanner and give me the full report, then Rodrigo knew how to fix it and he did it! If you go this store ask for Rodrigo, he will help you a lot 10/10

Rodrigo and Joe at the State college autozone went out of their way to help us. They are excellent with customer service. We will definitely be back to do business with them. They went above and beyond. Great job guys and thank you so much for your help!:)

Bad experience. Manager would not accept returns on brand new brake pads that were still inside the box and receipt on my hands. Lame excuse. Because I paid 8.5% tax at other store and they only charge 7.75% I told him I would take the loss, but still refused to try.
