Auto zone and establishments like it are just a retail outlet for a handful of basic auto parts , the knowledge and experience of a part counter rep that existed back in the day in the part stores is just a memory , today the staff are trained how to be able to find parts in their system software inventory . I’m not taking points away from the guys that are working in the stores today , it’s just that it’s not the same category of knowledge on display . Today one may not know the difference between a camshaft and a driveshaft and still be behind the counter .

I'm a little irritable due to the fact that this is one of the only locations that denies me my commercial sales, although the employees here are great and do their best to accommodate, I feel the manager or whoever is training then should make sure they know how to work commercial sales, commercial sales doesn't close until store closes according to AutoZone website

The people that work here are great! I was here to buy some replacement fuses. Almost bought the wrong ones until I was corrected by an employee. Also I buy things here so much I also had a 20$ credit! That came in handy

Just very confident to shop at Autozone for all the parts I need. At this store, Tyler technician friendly took back an alternator and refunded back to me. Thank You!👍 I bought a Duralast Gold alternator for my 2013 Honda CRV EX-2WD but some how it was not compatible. Battery icon showed up on the dashboard after installing with DTC P16E2 and P065A codes. I had to uninstalled the Duralast Gold and used Denso/Honda alternator. I've been using Duralast alternators for my other cars and they are very reliable. I think the issue is 2013 Honda CRV only accepting Denso/Honda alternator.
