AutoZone Auto Parts

This AutoZone has great customer service. Went in to purchase some coolant, had some questions and all were answered. I can't recall her name but she was amazing at answering all my questions, she asked another employee to bring up the coolant, when she got it she examined it and it turns out it was already opened. So she asked the employee to get me a new one. I loved that she made sure I was getting something that was unopened. Thank you for your time and awesome service.

This autozone is it, ladies and gentlemen. The women here run the show. How refreshing. If you're a female and the parts store intimidates you, come to this one on Lincoln; if you're a dude, it is pleasant waiting in line and there is a chance of a date. The selection behind the counter is fantastic

Would honestly give a 0 if possible, was told an item would be the same price and i was going to buy it but when i came back the price skyrocketed and the employee had told me its not thier fault showed me another item and tried gaslighting me.

The most rude. Customer. Service. I have. Encounter. By a manager name victor didnt. Car thar i had a comercial account could not show me or indicate me. Were. Inthe reciept. It. Says. They could not. Exchange or. Give me my money bCk. Or offer store. Credit. Str8 told me. U cant. Get ur money back. And thats it ... i would advice. People dont. Buy here. If u need a tool n are unshure if u gonna use it or not
