August 20, 2023 Rob and Alex were extremely helpful. I gotta admit I used to really know how to work on cars but I don’t anymore. They took me outside identify the part that I needed and within five minutes had it for me as well as the instructions to install. Jacson was a champ! This is a fairly good size store but the one thing that was really nice they immediately greet you upon entry they’re extremely helpful and they make sure that if you’re carrying anything heavy that you have a place to set it they are very attentive here the selection of parts and options makes this a very convenient automotive store for a lot of us who either cannot afford to buy really expensive OEM parts but also those of us who enjoy customizing our vehicles and needing various accessories. I was here to have my alternator tested the process only took seven minutes from start to finish it was very convenient everything was explained to me and I was even given the options and pricing for a replacement part. Very good store with a very helpful stuff great job guys I don’t have to see keep up the good work I know you will!!

They sold my girl friend the wrong plugs for her 1999 Corrola...twice. the 1st ones wouldn't even fit. The 2nd set fit but were the wrong type. But Luigi at Autozone on Warner in Huntington Beach assured her they were correct. It took $120 to a me panic to find out the plugs were wrong. And Luigi won't take them back because she installed them.
