Had to replace my battery unfortunetley, you know how it goes. Well had a very friendly and awesome young guy named (Jeremiah) went over and beyond service to replace my battery and the cable connections. They were really corroded and one broke when he disconnected it. Then the part would not fit, so he had to drill a new hole. He was just fantastic, highly recommend this auto zone.

Came in today to have my battery checked and was greeted by the very friendly and professional store manager, Fidel. He immediately had one of his customer service guys (Garret) test my battery and I definitely needed a new one. Garret was very polite and changed out my battery that I just purchased on the spot. Thank you Auto Zone of Cypress for exhibiting exceptional customer service!!! You are truly appreciated. 💝
