I came I. To see if they could check a light that came on in my car but I was declined service because he said he was the only one in the front. I don’t feel that was good customer service because there was no attempt to even assist me in anyway even if I had to wait. There was also other workers that were there so again the attempt to help was not there so for that I won’t return to this AutoZone ever.

Wow, incredible customer service provided by counter young man . He helps us get everything we are looking for. When on beyond his duties to help us. Even order part to other location for pick up. Highly recommended this AUTO ZONE.

This auto zone has to be by far the worse one I’ve been too. Apparently, Joel decided to tell me his manager said he can’t take back any returns unless it was purchased at this store. I’ve never in all my years heard of such nonsense. They decided to come up with there own rules. This is not how a business is supposed to be run. I have a picture of the policy from in the window. Which doesn’t state what they said. I also have a picture of the guy Joel who refused to return my item. Mind you he’s busy attending things with his phone. I’m also trying to figure out why the managers name isn’t posted by the window. I live in Long Island they would never do such a thing like this location had. I was on trying to return it here cause I was sick and a friend was taking care of me that lived in this neighborhood. She needed me to purchase something for her car. Didn’t think that it would be so unorganized. I did figure it was a unpleasant neighborhood. This Autozone proved it. Not to mention, I called the corporate and they claim on the recorded line they would get back to me within 48 hours. They still haven’t gotten back to me. I will never ever go back to an Autozone I’m officially done! I refuse to spend my hard earned money on a place where they hire incompetent people. Now this is the part I like. Law suite time. This is how I get rich off of company’s hiring people who prove to not be so bright at a simple job. LmL

Amuary was extremely helpful as well as another gentleman didn’t get his name. I came in because I purchased a battery back in 2022 , yesterday my car just died on me . So I came to this location to test my battery first guy came out instantly with me tested my battery and informed me it was a bad battery but I would have to remove it myself and bring it in he even offered me tools to assist me in removing. When I came back with the old battery amuary was super nice he came out with the new battery helped me Secured. And ran a second diagnostic test on my vehicle. Thank you guys sooooo much for your help . Also for making my holidays safe to drive my car.
