My car needed a specific part, and this location was the only one among several vendors in NYC, including other Auto Zone stores, that had it readily available for same-day pick-up or next-day shipping. The online ordering process was a breeze, user-friendly and convenient. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the size of the store. It is enormous, with an impressive selection of automotive parts, all nicely displayed and accompanied by helpful signs. The store also boasts a large parking lot, which is always a plus in the city. I also found the store's Free in-store services like battery testing, battery charging, oil recycling, and the Loan-A-Tool® program when I got there. Despite the summer heat, the store was a refreshing, air-conditioned, immaculate haven. But what stood out to me was the staff. They were not just friendly but highly efficient and knowledgeable. The salesperson who assisted me expedited my online order promptly and helped me choose the correct Freon bottle for my car. She was polite, professional and made my visit all the more pleasant. It was around 6 pm when I got there, but the lines moved quickly. No long waits, no unnecessary delays. A testament to their efficient customer service. This Auto Zone location goes above and beyond in selection, cleanliness, convenience, and customer service. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing automotive parts and will be returning for my future auto needs."

Carlos, Is a great guy, customer satisfaction guaranteed, He Changed my battery and Went beyond to fix it, Because my battery got corrosed And some pieces broke But he fixed it.

This location refused to change out my car battery late last night because it was 28 degrees outside. I kind of get it, but was strung along for 15 minutes before they let me know this fact and prevented me from going somewhere else that was still open. Great time spent managing my 3 year old through the whole thing. Merry Christmas?

I just had a great experience with an employee name Abdul Bari K. He installed a new car battery in my vehicle. He was very kind , helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did a great job. I will continue to return to Auto zone on 77st because of the great customer service i received from Mr Bari.

I was in need of a battery, I called to make sure they provided installation service, the gentleman on the phone was polite and assured me they would be able to handle my service request, I arrived and spoke to a sell rep, also polite and helpful and manager provided a discount as well, very welcoming environment and experience in this location. Would recommend
