Went to get a can of tire repair to fix my tire leak. I came to my car and read the instructions then I said to myself, I might as well go to get my tire checked and have it repaired. I immediately returned to the store and requested the return. The young man checked to make sure it was not used. His coworker then went on to processed the return. I was quite satisfied with their professionalism.

Kathryn P. Is the worst manager autozone has hired. Refused to provide a solution when she refused to change a battery with warranty on my new honda accord. She didnt want to go outside. Went to a different autozone and they gave me the battery, i had it changed, and returned the battery. They need to fire kathy.

I recently needed a new battery for my 2018 Camry and visited AutoZone for assistance. A staff member at the front helped me locate the correct battery and assured me that if I purchased it, they would install it for free. After buying the battery, I was informed that no one was available to install it at that time. Instead, they referred me to a mechanic who was not affiliated with AutoZone. The mechanic began loosening the bolts on my old battery and then stated he charges $25 for the installation. I declined and returned to speak with Mohammed, who told me I could bring my car back the next morning for assistance. When I returned the following day, the mechanic said, “We don’t switch batteries on 2018, ugh, 2017 cars.” If that policy was in place, I should have been informed upfront. The lack of communication and poor customer service made for an incredibly frustrating experience. Ended up buying an overpriced ratchet set to change the battery myself. This situation highlights the need for improved training and communication. Absolutely unacceptable!

One lady is very rude to the customers, she need training on dealing with customers. Instead of demanding what you want ask nicely not rudely or with disrespect. The rest of the store is great , one individual can affect the store.

If you don’t have time or don’t like your time wasted, this isn’t the place to go to. Mohamed misinformed me to make a sale for himself. I needed a battery replacement but they didn’t have the tools so he informed me that purchasing the battery at his location then going to the other place would be easier. When I arrive to the other location, the worker there told me the process was the same and that I actually have to do more because now I had to go back to Mohamed’s location to return the battery when I could’ve bought and returned the battery at the second location. The cherry on top is when I went back to Mohamed’s location, he is not there to help when he told me he would be there until 5PM. When I went to ask for assistance from someone else, they wouldn’t help me and didn’t know when Mohamed would be back.
