The only reason I’m gonna give it two and half but since I can’t a three because that one guy that helped me did his best even though the one before was all over the place just to change the battery third time coming back battery didn’t fit. I spoke to a manager/ supervisor she claim that you know when I come in I’ll make sure you get a 10% discount for the mistake on our part. Come in saw her and still didn’t apply it nor keep her word all I got was oh I’m sorry about that sir. Understand things is just not on point at the store they really need more Workers the phones is ringing out like crazy, etc. you’ll have one person Helping you and then after a while they’re trying to multitask with like 10 other people and it doesn’t really work out well, you guys have to do better…

The amount of attitude and unprofessional made me hate the service in this place. This was 3:20pm on 10/20/2024 he was older ,dark skin with glasses. Didn’t grab his name, but I’m only giving it a three star because Mr.Nunez helped us.

TERRIBLE! really need more workers. they answer the phone and put you straight on hold and never come back to the phone. even when you call back same nonsense !! it’s sickening.

Unfortunately while the attendants aren't necessarily rude they lack basic common sense and customer service skills. I called twice to inquire about getting a battery checked/charged and the cost. While that information was given they completely left out that they cannot take out your battery to charge it! Then I arrive at the store no one greets me, I ask the gentleman to please check the battery and charge it. He then tells me they cannot take the battery out. I tell them i called twice no one mentioned it, Manager is present, no apologies given Everyone is standing around confused and dazed.
