Convenient, well stocked and excellent operating hours. The last time I went I asked an employee behind the counter if I could use a pen and she said " we don't have any. The other employees usefulness/ engagement with his role with sufficiently low that a customer oriented inventory computer would have been infinitely better. Lastly I realize that at 9:50 you close in 10 minutes. That means your door's close at 10:00. not that at 9:50 you ceaseb operations and start telling patrons that you're done

Worse experience and manager did not try to accommodate the inconvenience. They didn’t have it on display and said they needed 1 hour to brake the pallet. I needed a european coolant (hard to find). 5 people here and two were free not including the manager. It wasn’t even busy! I hope you read this that customer don’t need to do this type of negative thing but you have to identify the concern from customers I will never come back here if you are the manager!

As a loyal customer of over three years who had constantly brought my company’s business to this specific branch, I must say I am beyond disappointed and have never felt so disrespected. Yesterday morning I walked into this location to swap out a piece that I had purchased the day prior (I was given the wrong piece by another manager). Upon asking for assistance, I was helped by a man who had zero issues with getting what I needed but because we have a commercial account he informed me that another employee who handles those accounts had to complete the transaction. He called over Yulissa (the manager on staff at the moment) and told her what he needed her to do. She insisted that she wouldn’t be able to help me because the man whom I purchased the item with was not on staff and that I would have to return on Monday to deal with the issue. I explained to her that I didn’t need to return or refund the item I just needed to exchange for the piece I was originally supposed to be given, however she started to raise her voice at me and reiterate that she would not be assisting me today. I asked her if she could possibly look up another location that had the item that I need so that I may go over to that location for the piece that is needed. I explained to her that my shop already had the car up on the lift and that the job was already in progress to be finished day of. At this point she proceeded to ignore me in front of all of the other staff. I went to another employee and asked the same question, at which point Yulissa started screaming VERY LOUDLY “GET OUT, YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE I DONT HAVE TO HELP YOU AND IM NOT GOING TO! THATS NOT MY JOB AND I DONT HAVE TO HELP YOU! YOURE GONNA WAIT TIL MONDAY!” All of the employees and customers were as shocked as me and in disbelief. I asked one of the employees in front of me if there was another issue and what was wrong with her and they said “I have no idea why she’s acting like that I can’t believe her” needless to say I walked out of this location without any help, without the part that was needed, completely disrespected and embarrassed, and to top it all off I lost my clients business for the day and came out with a $600 loss due to the lack of help from this specific employee. I tried to call the store multiple times to speak to somebody else to address the issue later in the day but nobody would speak to me about it, they kept telling me that they didn’t know who I was talking about, so here I am, making sure that nobody else has to endure this experience while simply trying to give this company their business and money.

2 young unexperienced workers in there that don't know anything literally.i watched them turn away 5 customers in less than 10 mins I was there me being one. Do better autozone
