Yesterday, my car battery died, so I went to AutoZone to have it checked. Sean sent one of his employees to test it, and they told me the battery was the issue and needed to be replaced. Sean charged me $300 for a new battery but made me wait until 11:30 AM—4 hours after I arrived at 7:30 AM, even though I was likely the first customer there. All of this for a 3-minute job! After the battery was installed, the battery light was still on. I brought it to Sean’s attention, but he brushed it off, saying, “It’s a computer; it’ll reset, don’t worry.” I trusted him and drove off, only for my car to die shortly after. I had to pay for a tow and take my car to my mechanic, who confirmed that the battery was never the issue. The real problem was the alternator. On top of this, Sean and his team refused to give me back my original battery, which my mechanic said was still in great condition. They lied to make a sale, costing me $300 unnecessarily and $250 on towing , plus the headache of waiting 4 hours in freezing weather. Do yourself a favor—avoid this place. They don’t care about providing honest service and will waste your time and money. Sean is unprofessional and clearly more interested in sales than customer care.

I had an issue removing my license plates, the screws were stuck. Shamona and Elijah tried using several tools and lubricants to loosen and remove them. They were able to remove one but the other wouldn’t budge. I highly recommend their location as they are patient and kind. Their hard work made such a difference in an incredibly difficult situation.

Terrible customer service. No store attend so you have to wait until their finished with the floor in order to be cashed or helped. Terrible Terrible service especially from the Guyanese manager.

Horrible customer service and lazy workers. No one wants to come out from behind the counter to help customer, and they don't seem to know what is customer service. Surprised they are still in business. I saw the same attitude in RS Strauss automotive store on Hillside Avenue a few years ago before they closed down.

At night all of a sudden my headlight went out. I was close by this location. I walked in. I explained my situation, but the employee refused to understand my situation and had a very unprofessional attitude towards me I needed help finding the right headlight and also I realized my my headlight wire burned out. I also asked if someone could help me but instead he walked off with a very bad attitude. I recommend people to know this place before walking in. He from Guyana
