This place is rated a 3.8 for a reason. Horrible customer service especially from the guy that handles the commercial account NICK I believe (maybe I got his name wrong), but he’s the one that has a man-bun with a beard and a little on the chubbier side. His service is so bad I have to describe it so that you can avoid him specifically! Every time you come in he ignores you. When he’s on the phone? Forget it! He tries to make the conversation longer and longer hoping you’ll just walk away to another sales rep. When you talk to him to describe what you’re looking for, he’s just staring at the computer not even making eye contact like he doesn’t care. He’s by the worst customer service representative I’ve seen in any field. Note to that Autozone rep: There are other jobs out there where you can be depressed and not care! Quit Autozone because this is an industry that requires professionals!

I came in to buy brakes for my car and the manager told me I can’t do a warranty under someone else’s phone number and was really confused as to why he said that, cause I tried explaining to him that this person was my dad and then I just got pissed and just left. Normally I would go to the stores on rockaway and merrick but never encountered an issue like that. It felt like genuinely he didn’t want to help me and ended up not doing any business with them and left.

If you ever have a question or need help, don't go to autozone. The employees are the same at all times. Their rude and tell you to go on YouTube. I'll be going anywhere else but autozone from now. You guys just lost a good customer 😅😅

This is the worst AutoZone with the laziest employees I have ever met. the store is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m. it is 9:55 the doors are locked the registers are shut down and the employees are looking at me telling me everything is shut down. I have a flat tire and my lug wrench is not working I need to buy a new lug wrench and because they shut the door I now need to wait another 12 hours before I can get my car moved. What is the point of having store hours if you don't follow them. Laziness laziness laziness laziness.
