Don’t know what this lady’s problem was, but it was unnecessary. i came in earlier today because my car has a check engine light, the lady didn’t greet me until a minute or two later. which is fine, people have things to do, i finish my tasks before moving onto the next too, so i understand. except she just said “what do you want”. told her id like my car to get checked, and she handed me the device and told me to figure it out and that it was easy. everytime ive had my light on, there’s typically somebody else checking instead, so i had no idea how to take care of it. luckily she told me where i should be able to find it, and when i was done to bring it to her. after that she just printed my results and said bye. there was a guy there and i debated just stopping the lady and is interaction and just going to the guy because he seemed friendly. overall, i felt pretty unwelcome and i don’t think ill be returning.

My battery unexpectedly died yesterday and I needed a new one asap, so I got my car jumped and went to AutoZone. I didn’t really know much about how to remove an old battery and install a new one, much less what I would need to do it properly. I was looking around the store trying to figure it out when this very kind employee, Levert, came to the rescue! Not only did he help me find what I needed, he completely changed my battery for me! I hardly had to lift a single finger. He was extremely willing to help right off the bat and I greatly appreciate his help.

Quick and easy pickup for small vehicle parts like wipers, brake pads etc. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is bright and well organized for easy search and pick. The store desk will help locate other, vehicle specific parts using VIN or model name and year.
