Stopped by looking for a part for my tripac on semi. Dee knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me find what I was after. The store is very accessible even being in a semi. Would be really nice to see more heavy duty truck parts available.

Dee and Jerry went above and beyond with customer service. They were courteous, kind, and respectful. They helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend this store!! Thanks again for making us feel at home.

A check engine light came on in our rental car and the rental host sent us to auto zone. They used the code reader and called a mobile mechanic for us. While waiting, we were given chairs and coffee. Very hospitable employees!

Gloom hung heavy as I guided my faltering metal steed, Subaru, with its once-lustrous coat now dulled and wearied, into Jerry's care. The venerable Steedkeeper, with hands that have known countless such steeds, delved deep into his reservoir of techniques. The workshop, awash with artifacts from bygone eras and tools that hummed with magic, alas, lacked the rare enchanted components to fully restore my trusty companion. But as the twilight deepened, casting eerie silhouettes and amplifying the restless whispers of the undead, Jerry's true essence unfurled. With a protective aura that felt like a warm cloak, he stood sentinel, ensuring these wandering souls dared not breach our sanctuary. In this spectral dance of Needles, Jerry emerged as both a beacon and shield, his very presence dispersing the encircling shadows. Oh, travelers venturing through the mystical realms of Needles, be forewarned and yet, be heartened. For in the heart of this town lies Auto Zone, not just a place of respite for weary metallic steeds, but the realm of Jerry, the esteemed Steedkeeper. Here, one finds a craftsman with a heart as vast as the horizon and hands skilled in both tending to wounded steeds and warding off lurking specters. May the winds of fate guide you to such steadfast protectors when the journey grows fraught with peril. Travel with courage, and let the tales of old light your path.

This is the worst Autozone I have ever been to. The GM is awful and refuses to test your battery or alternator if it is even the slightest bit hot outside. I went in and bought an alternator from them that was bunk and he refused to refund me the money back for it because we had installed it on the car, even tho it had a warranty so "anytime it failed within the warranty time, they would REFUND or replace it." Until I went Karen on him. Then he proceeded to 86 me which is fine, since I refuse to go in there and give them another penny. His name is Bishop, and he has lost this store so much money it isn't funny.
