Sandra helped me pick out a magnetic phone holder for my car. she was amazing and let me open up the box to see if it would work with my phone. I've had many times where a product I bought didn't work with my phone so I really appreciated her letting me do that. will definitely come back. the rest of the crew were all very cheerful and helpful great store AutoZone! also impressed with how clean the bathroom was.

Julian Q. went above and beyond to help me change my driver side low light headlight bulb. I called prior to arriving and spoke to him. I was very happy to hear that they do change Toyota Corolla 2007 low light beams. I came in to look for him. He was able to find me the bulb as I had the old bulb. I was so happy that it was able to be changed without having the battery removed. He also removed the security tag on my old bulb so that the alarm wouldn’t go off when I entered or leave the store. He was very knowledgeable and patient, explained to me that I purchased the incorrect bulb for the light I wanted to replace and kindly swapped out for the correct one. I am very happy with his assistance today. Thank you so much!

This is a properly run store. The staff was patient and helpful. The woman Morgan whom I believe was manager was beyond knowledgeable. Im convinced she saved me several hundred dollars. She also suggested the correct tool for the job..which was then loaned to me. I will be back. Thanks so much Jason

I came in this evening for a battery replacement. Tyson was so nice and helped me replace and install the battery. I appreciate his help. I had no clue how to install it. Thank you again for your help. I definitely recommend this auto zone great customer service.
