Told me battery would be charged enough to be tested in n hour after I ended up not getting my battery replaced or charged, closed 5 minutes before closing and when I tried opening the door they waved a finger saying no, what the absolute f, ended with my car on the street without battery,

I'm giving a 5 star review for excellent customer service!!! Employees Tony and Richard not only assisted in bringing in for me several heavy containers of oil and emptied them but also carried the emptied containers back to my vehicle. I had also spilled some of the oil in my garage and and was unsure how to go about cleaning it up. I was referred some excellent product to soak up the spilled oil and a decreaser for the remaining stain. I'm so grateful for their assistance especially since I am a 65 year old female and unfamiliar with car stuff. Thank you again Richard and Tony for your kind assistance.

Not only did I get charged for the wrong rotors they gave me the wrong rotors on top of that smoked out as people they were all stressing

Javier C. Was very detailed with the service he provided on the particular parts we where looking for. He provided guidance on the brake pads that I needed for my daughter's car and was helpful enough to ask If I need the tool to change the brakes. He's very professional, friendly and has a pleasant smile every time he provides assistance. I'm sure if you get to meet him you'll say the same, he's very genuine.
