This is the 3rd time i've had to run around, last minute due to straight negligence. Commercial department needs work. They insult your intelligence by trying to sell you parts for retail and then claim “list” is higher thinking that you’re born yesterday. Adding insult to injury part was defective. The person in the back lacks customer service and clearly hates his life; and it shows. Do better. You lost a commercial account due to your worthless service and negligence.

My car app kept showing my battery was needing to charge. I went to AutoZone and Lauren checked my battery which showed it was not charging properly. I bought a new battery and Tommy installed it for me. It was a bit more work than a normal battery change. Tommy persisted to change the battery and was happy to do it. The customer service I received today was excellent. Thank you!

I visited AutoZone recently because my check engine light came on and I needed a diagnostic scan. From the moment I walked in, the interaction with the older white gentleman assisting me felt cold and dismissive. When I asked for the code reader, he handed it to me and asked, “Do you know how to use it?” I replied that I didn’t, and instead of offering assistance in a professional or respectful manner, he abruptly said, “Come on,” and walked out to my car. Once at my car, he reached over without permission, turned it off, plugged in the reader, and got the codes. He then unplugged the reader, removed my keys, handed them to me without making eye contact, and left my car door wide open. No courtesy. No acknowledgment. Just plain dismissive. I followed him back into the store, where he plugged the reader into the computer, printed out the codes, and then handed me the paper without any explanation or guidance. There was no attempt to ask if I needed anything else, no effort to explain what the codes meant, and no basic courtesy like, “Does this answer your question?” or “Is there anything else I can help with?” He just handed me the paper like I was an inconvenience and moved on. As a Black woman, this interaction left me feeling slighted and disrespected. His behavior was dismissive at best and outright rude at worst. Customer service should involve professionalism, respect, and care, but I received none of that here. The lack of eye contact, minimal communication, and abrupt manner felt like a deliberate disregard for me as a customer. I expected better from AutoZone. Every customer, regardless of their background, deserves respect and proper assistance, especially when they come in seeking help for something they don’t know how to handle themselves. This employee’s behavior was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful, and it reflects poorly on the company. I hope AutoZone takes this feedback seriously and implements better training for their staff to ensure they treat every customer with the respect and dignity they deserve. This experience has certainly made me think twice about ever returning to this location.

I have visited this autozone on multiple occasions. Each time, the customer service was great. I've dealt with two associates ( Mucci and Trent) who were both very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Today I revisited this location and I felt compelled to leave a review. I appreciate good service. We consumers usually write to complain. Today, I write to acknowledge and show my appreciation! If you live in this area, I would recommend this location.

I’m writing this review because I received excellent service from Trent. I was trying to have an item swapped out from warranty. I had previously gone to the other AutoZone on Holcomb Bridge, but that store is horrible to say the least and had a hard time of them getting my warranty item looked at to have it resolved as management is horrendous at that store. To say the least at this AutoZone on Alpharetta Highway all the cashiers were extremely friendly and felt good to have them available at this store. I spoke to Trent about some of the issues I was having with my warranty item, and told him about my previous experience at the other store and told me I wasn’t the first one to go though that. Trent went over everything with great detail on my warranty item and we got it situated accordingly struggle free. It’s nice to have people who actually care about others and eager to help one out. Got everything swapped out and handled thanks to Trent.
