Bought an oil filter and some oil to do an oil change l, when it came to changing the oil filter. Come find out that the one I bought had a used acdelco filter on a Mobil 1 box so I try to go to autozone to get it exchange and they told me they can’t because the filter box is slightly wet, which was wet cause I put back the used filter on the other way which caused it to start dripping on the box, about an hour after buying and was picked up from there shelf and they couldn’t even exchange it and I even bought another Mobil 1 filter from them because I needed to put an oil filter back on my car (which had an oem filter) and told me if I wanted to exchange it I was gonna need to speak to there store manager. Very disappointed at there lack of help they provided and the lack of quality check of there products on the shelf, now I’m having to make this a big deal out of it all for 17 bucks

Bought new windshield wipers from here and couldn’t figure out how to put them on. So i came back to ask for help and Elias was extremely helpful with installing them. He was very kind and is a 10/10 worker thank you!!

Today I went in to autozone to purchase a battery the person that helped me I think her name was jasmine, she was so helpful in helping me purchase the correct battery she went above and beyond my expectations of being so informative and reassuring on the battery I was purchasing that would fit my vehicle she also explained the importance of the grease on the terminals that I had no clue can cause corrosion thank you again jasmine!!! You helped me today I’ll be sure and purchase any of my future car needs from you!

I went to see if they can help me with a car I just bought, I don't know much about cars. And the lady said they don't do that. Just battery check and oil change. But wen I left I see a guy taking a look at someone else car? I went to O'Reilly's auto parts and they took a look at my car and helped me out no problem..

Horrible service! My car wouldn’t start so I got a jump from someone and was told to go to AutoZone to get my battery tested and a new battery. I show up they sales associate said oh it’s raining j can’t go outside. And I said well can I at least get a jump since my car won’t start? The manager very rude (also there was a line of about 5 people and one person at the register) Wouldn’t let the tech come outside until I said it wasn’t raining. The tech checked my battery and said it’s bad but I can’t replace it because we can’t touch fuses. So I’m stuck driving 3 hours away on a bad battery because they wouldn’t help me out. The techs were nice and helpful the manager rude and not helpful. Yelling across the counter to another tech who said he was all and she said “NO get out of here with that negativity!” Not professional in the slightest.
