Awesome customer service from store manager Cassandra I needed fuel dampers for my infiniti G37 everywhere I called nobody knew what I was talking about and on top of that I needed to fix my car to visit my brother in Las Vegas for his birthday when I called and explained what I was looking for and she jumped into action right away she let me know the cost and she could have them the following day I placed the order and when I picked them up they were exactly what I needed she promptly greeted and attended to me like a diplomat even helped me get some tools I needed to finish the job truly awesome experience it almost broke my heart to leave the store that's how great it was thank you so much on behalf of my family

I went the other day to see if someone could fix my headlights, and Landon was able to. He was very nice and helpful, even talked to me about how to do it. A lot of places just quickly fix something and never talk to you. So it was a pleasant experience

Landon was awesome. I bought a new battery for my Element and he came out and swapped it out for me, which I easily could have done myself, but with a 4-year-old kid with me, it made my life a lot easier.

My car battery was getting old, and my car was having trouble starting. I stopped in the Ventura Autozone this morning to have my battery changed. What started off as a simple battery swap turned into a bigger issue. My negative battery terminal was stuck to the old battery. I was told initially that I would have to go to a mechanic and have the whole terminal replaced. However, the technicians Cleveland and Jose M., were persistent and kind, and worked towards a solution. These two technicians really helped me, and showed me a lot of empathy and compassion in swapping my battery out. They also went out of their way to repair my battery terminal. I appreciate the effort they showed in helping me and fixing my vehicle. Thank you again!!!

She never makes me feel rushed and takes the time to answer all my questions with a smile.
