He helped my daughter replace her headlights and was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. It’s not every day you come across someone so willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is done right. His customer service was top-notch, and his helpful attitude made all the difference. I was having trouble with my car battery. I went into Santa Paula AutoZone to get the battery checked out. Initially a young guy named Billy D. helped me out. He was extremely helpful and tested the battery. He noticed one of the battery terminals had corrosion on it. He removed the terminals and tested the battery again. My battery was perfectly fine, the issue was with the terminal. He then went back into the store and asked for the manager, Melchor to take a look. Melchor went above and beyond to assist me. We were able to replace the terminal and get my car starting again. Such great service, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back to AutoZone for all my car needs. I recommend this place, hands down. Thank you so much!!

Came here on a Sunday for a new battery for my old '67 truck and Melchor, the manager, really went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. Spent a significant amount of time finding the right parts and getting the truck back on the road. Rarely come across such an exceptional and conscientious level of service these days. Thank you Santa Paula Autozone for saving the day!

Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes down the road to Oreilly's. Oreilly's has much better customer service, better inventory, is cleaner and is overall a much better experience than this specific AutoZone.

So I went here to return a battery that I never got to use because the problem I had with my car had nothing to do with the battery and I just freaked out and went and purchase a battery. When I tried to return it the “manager” was there, some girl that said I couldn’t return it, when I asked her the reason she said you only have two weeks to return, I said it’s only been a week to which she gave me the most horrible attitude. I asked her to give me my money back and the she said I don’t have to give you your money back if I don’t want to,I am the manager here, I then said being the manager doesn’t mean you get to keep my money so give me my money back! Finally, she did but with an ugly face,; so why take things so far?? Autozone needs to really train his management team to handle situations and to answer in a proper way, every time I’m here the team seems to be bother about customers.
