Never had a problem with this location until the past two times I went in. The first time I went in and asked the multiple people standing behind the counter where the brake fluid is and I said it wrong, the main guy wearing a different shirt then everyone else (must be a manager) made a joke out of it they all laughed then he pointed to an isle. No help other than that, I walked out without my brake fluid. Second time I just went in, came in there for a trailer hitch found it went to the counter it rang up at a higher price, we went back to check the prices he said it was put in the wrong spot then walked away. Didn’t say anything else or asked if I needed any help. Very unhelpful in the winter time. Seems like I’m the summer time a women can get better help…

Had a questionable first time experience today at this location. Came into swap out a dead battery under warranty that didn't work anymore. Walked in, stood there for ~10 mins without being acknowledged at all by any employees while they walked around laughing and talking to each other. Finally, a lady came up to drink some water at the register and I asked if I could set my battery down trying to initiate something. Set my battery down. Another minute goes by and she finally asks: "How may I help you?" She tested the battery, told me to go grab a new one off the shelf, and that was it. The transaction took 2 mins max. I didn't want to be rude and ask for help if the employees were in the middle of something, but I was already an hour late to work so it would've been nice to have some help a little quicker. Really makes you think how often we take proper customer service for granted. I'll go to the Howell location next time.

Stopped by today around 12:45 to pick up some spray paint and a few detailing supplies. Put stuff on the counter and there was no one to check me out. I saw only one employee in the store that was discussing parts to a woman that had no idea what he was talking about. That employee did not acknowledge me or make eye contact. Stood there for a long 6-10 minutes. Then put the items on a close shelf and walked out. Went to Riley’s and was in and out without delay.

Worst location ever. Placed an online order for delivery on 1/22/25 Store called me to say they didn't have all of the items. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and returned to say they sold the items. I received a partial refund on 1/24/2025. I've called headquarters several times and I'm currently on a second escalation for my credit.
