Today my husband and I came to AutoZone because we believed we needed a new battery. We went in and Esme was there behind the counter and was very helpful in coming out and checking my battery. It's very difficult to take out the battery from my Chevy Malibu since I've never done it before and she was a pro! She tested both batteries in my car, and told me yes I definitely needed a new battery! She was extremely professional and she knew exactly what she was doing as far as removing the battery and putting everything back together as she found it! I was very proud to see a woman, What they so-called say is a man's job! I guess Esme showed us that women are just as strong if not even stronger And very capable! If you have any questions about your car, definitely check out Esme! She was absolutely a pro and could probably own her own shop one day if she wanted to! Thanks again Esme for such fantastic service and your knowledge of batteries lol!

Recently went in for oil, my car needed an oil change I didn’t know what to get and the workers were very helpful. At the time it was a little busy made conversation with the people in line who’ve been going there for years and said there was a new manager and runs everything smoothly. I honestly wouldn’t have notice, for it was my first time here. It was quick and I had great help. Thank you to all the team members who answered my questions and assisted in my transaction.

Do not go to this location. It has horrible management Karina and DM Maria. They will not help you even with the simplest task. My card was fraudulently used, and they allowed a 200-dollar charge to go through with no ID check. Mind you this was as soon as they open. I called the store and instead of apologizing they kept hanging up on me and acted like I was in the wrong. Unacceptable how you treat any customer especially when you didn't do your job correctly.

Went in to get what I needed for my oil change and although it was busy I was helped out fairly quickly & the staff was nice. Also I needed a new heater control valve and the Manager was very helpful in checking for the part which they did have so overall I had a good experience at this location

Horrible experience, never going back to this location, i cant believe they wouldn't look up a part under the excuse that she needed a family number of the vehicle for catalytic, left the store stop by arleta location on woodman no problem the family number is only the size of engine 2.4 or 3.0L ,shame on you lady ,if you don't like your job find something else ,i still ask her is that all you can do she said yes ,asking me to come back with the family number, 5 stars to autozone arleta .Zero if i could for Autozone pacoima
