I was helped by the most incredible gentleman here, named Jonathan, after going to another auto parts store that had terrible front desk assistance and nobody to help me. My check engine light came on and continued to notify me to pull over due to low fluids. Upon arrival, I was greeted quickly and pleasantly. Jonathan is an amazing employee with fantastic customer service. He helped me with coolant and brake fluid and let me wait for my car to cool down to refill and show me where to fill it for my model of car. I'm not a gear head or a car person whatsoever, admittedly, and that can be tricky when navigating upkeep for your car. I appreciated how kind he was and the time and energy he took to help me. Recently I visited AutoZone and couldn't find the light bulbs I needed. Fortunately, William B and Matthew R were there to help me out. These gentlemen took the time to help me figure out the right bulbs and even installed them for me. Let me tell you it was not a easy thing to do. Their service was exceptional, they definitely deserve a raise. AutoZone most definitely needs more people like William and Matthew. Thanks

Harley even still open with all these bad customer service and all that hassle they give you for an online order I did a simple order spark plugs, grease and a interior cleaning product online and said that everything was available that I could pick up today no problem. I placed my order. I’ve given them a call and hour later to see the status of the order. He told me he didn’t have the supply product so the only option he had for me was to go out to the store and cancel the entire order and do another order for the spark plugs and the grease so I decided to give customer service a call to see if maybe I can get refunded just for the cleaning supply and still pick up the spark plugs in grease but even customer service could do nothing. I just had to cancel the entire order and now I’m gonna take 3 to 5 business days to get refunded because I use my Apple Pay bravo AutoZone amazing service. Keep it up.

The delivery of the car part was the next day, super fast. However, they sent the wrong part. Returned that part for a refund the same day. Had to wait two days for monies to go back on card. After that I was able to reorder the part, but now I had to pay an extra $4.99 for express three day delivery. Otherwise it would have taken two weeks, (Thanksgiving).

I went to this store today to buy some fuel stabilizer. 40% of the parking spaces were taken up by mechanics hoping to install parts customers purchased from the store. One mechanic was not only parked in the lot that’s supposed to be reserved for customers, he also was blocking of an open parking space next to his vehicle so that if he got a customer they would have a convenient place to get the work done. The streets in front of Auto Zone was also completely filled by mechanics, not store customers. Since there was no place to park I had to go to another auto parts store.
