The Employees here at this store are wonderful! The managers Fernando and Ramon and very helpful and patient.They Helped me pick the right battery for my vehicle and even swapped it out for me! Will definitely be returning for all my car necessities!

I am a long time well known customer with the AutoZone industry since 1989, originally from the San Fernando valley now living in Phoenix Arizona out in Phoenix I am popular at the AutoZone's I have commercial account and I'm treated very well at the stores for the most part, I'm always granted at 10% discount when I do Diy at any of the AutoZone's including the ones in the San Fernando valley when I used to live here, I'm out in the LA area at this time and I'm doing a job out here and I stopped to pick up some brake pads for a job, a red shirt young hispanic guy help me very cordial very nice guy meanwhile I was in line I helped one of the other counter workers wearing a gray shirt to sell a duralast Gold battery because I know AutoZone very well as I did parts for 11 years in my own day, I am a senior citizen, so not only did I come here to do business I actually sold an item for them , a high dollar item, they all saw this so upon getting the brake pads I requested a 10% discount based on me having a commercial account and a lot of Diyin the system,the red shirt person asked Ramon, gray shirt assistant manager, to get his code to do the discount and Ramon refused to do it claimed he would have to call my commercial account department in Phoenix Arizona to verify my account, which is not true because it's verifiable on the computer system right there and in Arizona we're an hour ahead my store was shut down already cuz this was after 5:00, that being said I commented him to him you know you could have just done this 10% discount and he just smirked, so I came back in the store 10 minutes later and let him know that I'm going to give him a bad review and he raised his hand my name's Ramon here I am, the arrogance portrayed by this person is disgusting, to the AutoZone corporation this gray shirt person will come and go as they always do but your customers are more important, we keep coming anyway I will dispute 10% of the charge on my credit card because he should have rightfully given it to me and I hope your management approaches him and be prepared for him to lie.
