Excellent. I was there yesterday too, one the employees helped me with my car. This morning I called the Pep boys customer service and the guy was arrogant when I asked him; What's the difference between your machine and AutoZone machine to detect what's wrong with my car??? So arrogantly he answered. AutoZone cost $50. Dls & ours $1000sh. I said to myself, Yeah but AutoZone helps, you not so much!! Without me paying $100 before you check my car. This auto zone sucks went in there today around 6:30pm to have them test my car battery since I had to jump my car I figured I test the battery and buy one if needed as I walked asked the employee there if he can test my battery he says no they can鈥檛 check it after 6 pm biggest BS I鈥檝e heard so I left went to o Riley鈥檚 had them check and bought my battery there auto zone lost a customer.

Just bought a car battery early this morning For $234 . i just the manager and the employee if they giving me a used or open item or returned item because it looks like to me. I tried to asked to give me another one but the salesperson told me to get it for him, and i said you want ne to do your job. I let it go due to bad battery and its too hot out there. But i feel the manager and the salesperson both in to me. As a senior anerican citizen paid all taxes as an former computer engineer software of Wells Fargo Bank this is a harassment, unprofessional and rude . Totally unacceptable issue. I don鈥檛 know if this is your nornal customer training to your employee but i will take this to the corporate office asap.
