Yoanna was AMAZING! I bought windshield wipers on Christmas Eve and tried to install them myself and was unsuccessful…I came back to the store today and she immediately helped me out!! Very rude! When you call, Rick does not give you the chance to say anything before putting you on hold. I called 3 times. All I wanted to know is if you recharge batteries. I understand you get busy, but at least have the respect to ask a person if they will hold on, and don't assume that they will.

I couldn’t figure out how to upload it with the QR code, but I just wanna say that yoanna Hope I spelled it right forgive me was super nice and I brought my Tesla model three in for wiper service and she was able to get the right fit for wipers as a Car enthusiast this makes me so happy. I will be returning if I need things from AutoZone.
