I stopped by this AutoZone this morning because I needed to get some brake fluid for my Honda Accord and I was going to grab lunch with my friends across the street. I found parking easily because I came in the morning and it's in a decent size plaza. When I walked inside, this AutoZone store is pretty big. I first went to take a look at their car detailing products and they had some good selections. When it was time to pay, I talked to an employee about which brake fluid I needed. He told me to get DOT 3 for Honda so that's what he handed to me. I had a great time in the store and the worker was very helpful.

Diego was the best associate. He was a straight shooter and was super helpful in explaining battery differences. He put in our battery within just a couple of minutes and was super efficient. Employees like Diego give Autozone that edge over all their competitors.

I gave the store 2 stars because not all employees are bad here. The store is clean and organized. My biggest complaint would be the lady Theresa that works there. Her customer service is not the best. Her tone and level of service is not appropriate. She definitely needs her attitude to be addressed. The other staff there is great, the young guys are pleasant.
