AutoZone Auto Parts

I visited this store yesterday and was nervous because I don't know anything about cars and my car had trouble starting but as soon I went it the store I was greeted by Edward m and he asked me a few quick questions and then tested my alternator and told me it was bad he quickly helped me get a price and went out of his way to explain the way it works and so I bought it had it installed cars been great ever since will definitely go back for all my auto part needs . Great customer service and support.

While at out autozone a few days ago I was help by Maura, let me say that she went above and beyond to get me the information I need it in regards to my battery purchase. Maura showed empathy and kindness as I explained it was my 1st time buying a battery and didn't want to over pay if it wasn't need it. Maura thank you for your time and kindness.

I stopped by this Autozone because my wife wanted to get dinner next door at a Mexican place. So when she was putting in her order, I came inside Autozone to look at their car detailing supplies. They were well stocked here so if you need something, you'll likely find it. The difficult part when coming here will likely be finding parking because even though it's in a decent size lot, it just get busy. The store is cleaned and organized when I came tonight.

This is the worst auto zone I’ve been too my car wouldn’t start had to jump start figured might be the battery so I walked in tonight around 6:30pm 2 employees chatting the guy employee sitting and playing with his phone I asked the girl if they could check my battery she asks the guy if he can go and test my battery and he says no and then she gives me this BS that they can’t provide the service after 6pm apparently all of the sudden after the guy felt lazy to get off the phone and come out to check so I ended up going to O Riley’s and had them check it sure enough it was the battery and I purchased it from them so not only auto zone lost a sale for that dumb ass employees laziness also lost a long time loyal customer definitely won’t be going back to them very disappointed those 2 employees should be fired.

Employees here were super fast with helping customers who need parts. Maura helped me out with my long list of parts. Definitely coming back to this location more often.
