I recently went to Sherman Oaks Autozone and I gotta admit I was very impressed with the customer service! Angel, first greeted me at the front and asked what I needed. After I told him, he took his time and went back and forth in the back until he found what I needed and came outside in the rain to install without hesitation. You don’t find service like that too often! Angel’s a boss and very professional! Thank you. 👍👍👍

I recently visited the AutoZone in Sherman Oaks with the expectation of needing a fuse replacement. When I arrived, I was greeted by the clerk, Edwin, who went above and beyond to help me. Instead of just selling me a fuse, he offered to take a look at my car and personally inspect the issue. He checked all the fuses and even the relay, confirming that everything was fine on that end. Not stopping there, Edwin continued to investigate and quickly diagnosed that the actual problem was the horn. His knowledge and thoroughness were impressive, and it didn’t end there—he went ahead and helped changed the horn with me, ensuring everything was perfect with my car before I left. I’ve been to other AutoZones before, but I’ve never had such exceptional service. Usually, I’ve been told to troubleshoot the problem on my own, so this was a refreshing and pleasant experience. What stood out to me even more was that Edwin wasn't the only helpful employee; I saw the same level of customer care from others in the store. This AutoZone deserves recognition for its knowledgeable and helpful staff. It’s exactly what you expect from AutoZone—the experts in car parts and service. I’m so grateful for Edwin’s help and the outstanding service I received. Highly recommend this location!

Im so happy to have found very nice people to help me change a few things on my car. As soon as I entered the store I was surprised by this tall gentleman I forgot his full name but I believe he was a manager not sure. He helped me out with all my questions I needed, definitely recommend and very knowledgeable!

The manager here is totally disrespectful and unprofessional. If you have a hat rack marked $9.99 on all the hats then why place a $32 hat with no label on the rack. That is totally miss leading and to top it off he made it sound like I placed the hat on the rack and tried to get for $9.99…… so not only are they terrible at stocking their inventory correctly they are terrible at treating the customers with respect and professionalism. To the manager - if you read this just know I am glad you have your highest potential in an auto retail store.

10/10 I was lucky enough to make it to the parking lot before my car decided to stop working on me. I was in tears because my car was spazzing out. Initially I thought it was just a battery issue, so they helped me with my warranty. My battery location can be difficult to get to, so most people have turned me away. I was prepared for that, but overwhelmed with stress and started crying trying to figure out my options on a weekend night. My car was so dead I couldn’t even lock the doors or jump start it. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING- THE PALISADES FIRE WAS RAGING AND WE ARE PREPARING TO EVACUATE, so I’m even more stressed. I am so extremely grateful. To my surprise, two of the workers were able to help me change out the battery. I cried happy tears from then on out. I very much appreciate yall.
