Came in to do a return with the product at hand and the receipt. Proceeded to the counter after checking out the other lights in the front of the store and the rude ass employee said we stole it cause the alarm didn’t go off when we walked inside the doors. Could’ve simply went to check the cameras and see the items in hand as we walked in. Don’t accuse someone of stealing till you verify. Now I’m down $40 , I have my original receipt but not my lights. They kept it. So basically they stole my original purchase. They’re the thieves. Down $40 and no lights. Check your damn cameras and give me my refund! I’ll never step foot in Autozone again. You should retrain your employees on how to talk to customers. That service was trash. As a store manager at my current employment, I know this is not ok! If someone was so adamant about it just ease their mind and check cameras. I’m sure you all have working camera's at the front door. I’m highly disappointed. They made me feel stupid. Made me feel like a thief. Smh guys. You’re not in the right field.

They sold the wrong oil filter to my fiance. It ended up damaging her engine because all the oil leaked out of her car. The filter they sold her was the wrong size, but they kept insisting that it was the right size because they looked it up in their computer system. They took no responsibility for this and all they did was refund her money for the filter. She's now left without a car thanks to AutoZone Chino on Riverside. Just cause these guys look up parts for your car on their computer and say it's the right fit, doesn't mean it's true. I also contacted Corporate and explained what happened but they had nothing to say because their computer says it's the right part. Avoid buying oil filters here if you don't know what size your car needs.

I had a nail puncture my front tire on the passenger's side for the first time in my life that I had to come in without prior knowledge of how to plug the tire myself that I learned to get a Slime Tire Plug Kit to do it myself from the person who helped me find the product inside, but Junior Z immediately helped me after he had just finished helping someone else with an issue with their car in front of Autozone that I was grateful to have gotten superb customer service from him because he showed me, step by step, how to use the kit & filled my tire with air without needing to buy another product!

I was very pleased when I came in and was serviced with the female store manager. She was very respectful and very thorough with her work. She replaced my car battery and made sure I got the best option for my car. She has amazing customer service skills and overall she made it a calming experience for me.
