Horrible customer service 10/30/24 around 9am from the guy there didn't want to help at all or even try just told me he couldn't check.He didn't even offer a replacement part or anything. But he would help the lady in front of me how to use her points and make 3 transactions for her so she can use her points.

I went in last night because I needed to replace my head light. I wish I could remember the name of the employee (I believe a manager), helped me. He looked up the information for my vehicle, helped me pick out the bulb, and went above and beyond and installed the replacement bulb for me. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Im waiting to open and Im first costumer. THE GUY HOLD ME ON FRONT OVER 30 MINS!!! He talk on the phone 30mins. He server second customer same time he still talk on the phone. finally other worker come to work and than help me. really? what? because he is STORE MANAGER Mike? AUTOZONE is that your training store manager?
