The Pomona store off Gary always has wood on the windows because it's in a crappy area & people are ALWAYS breaking into the store after hours and stealing. This is such a shame and NOT the workers fault. The staff is very helpful & the prices are good. I can always find the parts I need for my car & work truck but only go in the daytime & bring my son with me because like I said, NOT a good part of town.

I had an issue with my battery, the manager Myra found and resolved my problem, which was much appreciated Myra and her employees are courteous and friendly this AutoZone is fairly big with many automotive items to fulfill your automotive needs. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance.

I came in to get my battery charged because it was dead! Sarah was the person who answered my phone and assisted me. I come back 2 hours to pick up my battery although she said my battery was fully charged but it said to charge again so I still went and brought it back with me and my vehicle is good to go! Thank you Sarah for helping me and for the amazing customer service

My daughter had a DMV test the brake light was not turning on, the instructor gave a chance to go change the light bolt he just gave me 15 mnts to come back so we went to this AutoZone , they were fast to find out what light bolt we need also they called a mechanic right away and gave them the car info to be ready to provide us the service. THANK YOU SO MUCH for great customer service

Good location they have had all the parts I have needed in stock so far and the employees are helpful I would recommend coming to this location if you are local
