I see why Steve is the manager. Amazing customer service and dedication to the company, and his customers! It is seen and experienced first hand. He went above and beyond to assist me with my cars needs and any question I brought up. He advised me on how to proceed if any issues are to arise. This man deserves a raise! I actually called there and the employee wasn't very nice I called because I was scared to drive there because the drivers side front head light only works if the highbeams are on also the car isn't running correctly and I didn't want to drive there for them to not help the last time I went there I was treated very badly and all I was there for was to get some motor oil but the employee at the register jussz pointed me in a direction so being that I'm disabled I couldn't find what I needed literally had to ask another customer to help find what I needed then when I got to the line the employee literally called another customer up to the register and she came in after me and he said that she was before me when I was in the line already

I bough a battery at AutoZone in 2019 my receipt says 5 year warranty and will expire in December, in their computer says also active warranty, but the person in charge didn’t honor the warranty be cause there new policy is 3 years replacement and 2 years pro rated, and they won’t honor my five years, second battery issue that I have with them, I walked away and I went to different store, don’t buy expensive part with warranty here be cause their employees will change the version for you
